Returns Policy

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or packing slip. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.  Please contact us as soon as you receive your package if you have any concerns.  Please keep all packing materials.  We value your business and will work with you to find an acceptable solution.  

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from ardragifts.com does not provide refunds or returns with respect to products purchased from vendors in malls or elsewhere. Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.

We will refund your credit card minus shipping and handling charges (if any). Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return item/s to Ardra Gifts are the responsibility of the customer.
